Google Ads Sales Executive
Experience: 3+ years of experience

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 / year with UNCAPPED commission
What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Google Ads Sales Executive to play a critical role in growing our client base and establishing strong relationships with other agencies. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, conducting outreach, pitching our services, and coordinating the onboarding of new clients with our internal team.
Additionally, you will nurture relationships with agencies that offer services we do not, fostering a mutually beneficial exchange of leads, while also managing a robust sales pipeline by nurturing prospects and booking discovery calls.
Core responsibilities will include:
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth through the sale of Google Ads services.
- Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
- Present and pitch Google Ads services to potential clients highlighting the benefits and value of our specialised offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Google products, and advertising best practices.
Appointment Setting / Prospect and Lead Generation
- Manage a quota of at least three booked discovery calls each week.
- Efficiently schedule sales calls by initiating contact with potential clients and partners.
- Serve as the inbox manager for our email marketing campaigns, reacting promptly to responses and following up to the decision stage.
- Engage with leads at various stages in the sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement strategies to move them towards an appointment.
- Manage internal pipeline and CRM systems to assist in progressing prospects down the sales funnel.
- Utilise a variety of outreach methods such as cold outreach on LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, and other platforms to engage and qualify potential clients.
Partner Network Management
- Oversee the partner network, booking appointments with potential agency partners and managing those relationships effectively.
- Exchange leads with partner agencies, providing them with leads for their services and requesting leads for ours in return.
- Nurture long-term relationships with partner agencies to ensure ongoing collaboration and business growth.

The ideal candidate should excel in identifying and nurturing leads, possess a knack for strategic outreach, and have a proven record of driving business growth through effective communication and planning.
Qualification:
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on Google Ads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- 3 years of relevant work experience involving telemarketing and/or outbound sales, customer service (preferably in new business acquisition or advertising).
- Advanced familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing (Google Ads certification(s) strongly recommended).
- In-depth familiarity with an industry or vertical will lead to more informed and confident conversations with our prospects.

Technical Proficiency
- Experience with Apollo, Mailbox management, LinkedIn, and ClickUp.
