Zoom Video Communications is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and growing company. As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, helping to streamline processes and ensure our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing and maintaining calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed. 2. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications. 3. Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. 4. Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for important documents and information. 5. Performing research tasks to gather data and information for projects and presentations. 6. Providing general administrative support, such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and organizing meetings. 7. Collaborating with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and confident personality traits to ensure effective communication and time management skills. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external parties. 3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and proactive thinking. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools. 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
