Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor user-generated content (videos, comments, live streams) for compliance with YouTube policies and guidelines.

  • Respond to user inquiries and concerns regarding content moderation.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams for further review.
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions.
